SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

    1. SHIPPING

      DOMESTIC

      Orders are shipped within 2 business days, pending credit card verification.

      For orders shipped to destinations within the United States, our standard delivery method is FedEx Ground, for which we charge the following flat rates:

      - $9.80 for all orders under $20

      - $12.80 for orders between $20 and $60

      We offer free shipping on all orders over $60.

      INTERNATIONAL

      We have many international customers and we welcome orders from abroad. These are shipped via various carriers—depending on destination and order value—to give you the best possible service at a reasonable cost. Please e-mail us at info@spinaorganics.com for details prior to placing your order!

      Please be aware that international packages may be delayed due to customs processing.

      LOST ITEMS

      Unless you choose a ‘Signature required’ delivery, which is available by special request (please e-mail us at info@spinaorganics.com), we cannot be held responsible for replacing lost packages.

        2. RETURNS

          We accept returns from end-users on eligible domestic orders that are sent back within 14 days from the day the order was placed. All returns must be unused, complete and include all original packaging. Please note that initial shipping charges are non-refundable. We do not charge re-stocking fees on returned orders.

          Please note: Spina Organics has the right to deny credit for any returned goods that do not meet the requirements of our return policy.

          Orders placed by retailers and groomers are not eligible for return, unless a product is defective.

          HOW TO START A RETURN

          Upon receipt of your return request, we'll automatically generate your return label and send it to you by e-mail. Unless the product is defective, the purchased items have to be returned at the buyer’s expense.

          International orders

          International orders are not eligible for return, but may be, under certain circumstances, eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion. 

          RETURN TO SENDER

          We're happy to ship back to you packages that are returned as non-deliverable to our warehouse—we just ask that you pay again for shipping. Please e-mail us at info@spinaorganics.com to start the process and let us know if you prefer to have the items sent to a different address, or if you have any questions. We'd hate for you to miss your package again!
